Welcome to Deluxe Cargo Packers and Movers. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Deluxe Cargo Packers and Movers provides professional packing, moving, loading, unloading, transportation, and relocation services across India.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed with a valid ID and contact details.
• Advance payment is required to confirm your move.
• Full payment must be made upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled move are eligible for a full refund.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the move.

4. Liability

• Deluxe Cargo Packers and Movers will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of your goods during transit.
• We are not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, or acts beyond our control.
• Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Prohibited Items

Clients are not allowed to include the following in their cargo:

• Perishable goods
• Explosives or hazardous materials
• Illegal items or contraband

6. Insurance

Insurance is optional and must be requested before the move. Deluxe Cargo Packers and Movers will assist with claim filing but is not responsible for the outcome of insurance claims.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be settled under Indian jurisdiction.

8. Changes to Terms

Deluxe Cargo Packers and Movers reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients are advised to review this page regularly.
